The project includes 2 stages: 大赛分两个阶段进行:
Stage-1: Virtual World Stage (From 1 Jan 2011 to 30 Jun 2011)
Set up a blog named Singapore Gourmet Dessert Competition (新加坡美味甜点大赛) on face book.
第一阶段:网上虚拟赛(从2011年1月1日到6月30日)设立新加坡美味甜点大赛部落格,在"Facebook"网上公告赛事。
Participants must submit the recipe of the dessert to us on this blog. The participant shall assure he/she owns the copy-right, otherwise, the assessment committee have the right to cancel his/her award if any. They are encourged to take video/photo of the procedure of making a special dessert in different styles, i.e. Chinese style, Indian style, Malay style, Western style, etc. with different recipes, upload the video to face book/ YouTube. Later, a committee with grassroots’ leaders and nutritionists will assess the recipes and the videos. Then, select top 30 pre-winners.
参赛者必须将其甜点食谱发到这个部落格上,参赛者自行处理食谱的版权问题(如有版权问题,组委会有权在任何时候取消其参赛资格)。我们鼓励不同种族的甜点作品参赛,如华族甜点,印度族甜点,马来族甜点,西方甜点等等。我们也鼓励参赛者将甜点的制作过程拍成录像或照片,将他们上传到Facebook 或YouTube网站。6月30日后,由基层领袖和营养师组成的评鉴委员会将从参赛者中评选出30位入围者。
Stage-2: Real World Stage (From 1 Jul 2011 to 30 Sep 2011)
第二阶段:实物甜品品尝阶段:(2011年7月1日到9月30日)
We will invite the 30 pre-winners come down together with their desserts and fans in Zone-A RC, Macpherson. Each pre-winner shall bring at least 1Kg of dessert and come for a tasting party. The committee with grassroots’ leaders and nutritionists will taste all real dessert and work out 3 first-awards, 6 second-awards and 9 third-awards. Each first-award will be awarded a certificate and S$200, each second-award will be awarded a certificate and S$180, each third-award will be awarded a certificate and S$150.
我们将邀请30位入围者来到麦波申民众联络所A区,每位入围者须带来1公斤的制作完成的甜点,让评鉴委员会及公众品尝。之后,评鉴委员会将当场评选出3个1等奖,发给奖金S$200和获奖证书;6个2等奖,发给奖金S$180和获奖证书;9个3等奖,发给奖金S$150和获奖证书.
How to participate? 如何参加?
1. Submit a recipe of a dessert;将甜品食谱发来本部落格;
2. Take a photo / video of the plate of dessert;为您的甜点拍摄照片或视频;
3.Upload / Submit the photo / video with the recipe through Facebook;将拍摄照片或视频上传到Facebok或YouTube;
4.Waiting for feedback from the assessment committee;等待评鉴委员会的入围通知;
5.Cook the dessert follow the recipe at the assessment day if short-listed and bring it to MacPherson RC Zone-A;入围后在指定日期按照此甜品食谱制作1公斤甜品并前往麦波申民众联络所A区参加决赛.
[Note]注意事项:
1.The organizer will not take any responsibility on the copy right of any recipe of dessert. Each participate must be responsible for the copy right of his/her recipe of dessert.组委会对参赛的甜品食谱的版权不负任何法律责任,各位参赛者必须自行负责。
2. Any real dessert provided by participant must be save for eating. Otherwise, the participant should take full legal respondibility.在决赛中,各位入围参赛者所提供的实际甜品必须可以安全食用,否则,参赛者须承担一切法律后果;
3.One person only can submit one dessert with its recipe.每位参赛者只限于提供一份甜品食谱。
